In 2025, we amalgamated The Relationship Therapy Centre with Elizabeth Neal Psychology. Liz is a certified Gottman Couples Therapist, offering couples therapy across multiple locations in Sydney.
Professional Training
We offer Gottman Method Couples Therapy training (Levels 1, 2, 3 & Certification), as well as Gottman-influenced programs, including Parenting as a Team, and The Couple & The Child Clinical Training. Our approach incorporates Attachment Theory and Reflective Functioning to enhance relational awareness and communication.

Since meeting my husband and having children, the psychology of relationships has gained my attention. When I was pregnant with our second child, I started formally training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy so that I too could have the best tools for communicating within my marriage under the pressures of parenting, a goal shared by the many parents I work with in therapy.
