Who We Are
The Relationship Therapy Centre is a clinical and training institute specialising in work with couples, parents, and families navigating relational stress, conflict, and transition.
We provide both therapy services for couples, and professional training for clinicians working in this field. Our work is grounded in contemporary relationship science, attachment-informed practice, and systemic and triadic approaches to understanding family life.
At the centre of our work is a commitment to helping adults work together more effectively — whether as partners, parents, or professionals supporting others.

Our Work
The Relationship Therapy Centre operates across three interconnected areas:
Therapy & Relationship Support
We provide specialised therapy for couples and families experiencing emotional disconnection, high conflict, parenting stress, and significant relationship transitions. Our clinicians work carefully and collaboratively, supporting clients to understand relational patterns and build more secure, functional ways of relating.
Couples therapy is provided by Elizabeth Neal, psychologist, Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. See more about Liz at www.elizabethneal.com.au.
Training & Professional Education
We deliver accredited training and professional development for psychologists, therapists, and health professionals. This includes Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, CPD workshops, and Gottman certification track consultation. Training is delivered by accredited presenters associated with Relationship Therapy Centre and integrates research, theory, and applied clinical practice.
Parenting as a Team
Parenting as a Team is an evidence-informed framework developed within clinical practice to support parents to work together under pressure, reduce relational conflict, and create healthier environments for children. The model informs both our clinical work and our professional training and is available through dedicated resources, courses, and publications.
